A recording for the March 9 webinar, "Coding for Biopsies," part of the Coding for Basics Webinar Series, is now available exclusively to APMA members at the Online Learning Center (OLC) storefront. Coding experts Barbara Aung, DPM; Jonathan Huey, DPM; and Lawrence Santi, DPM, presented.
APMA members who attended the presentation received 1.0 CECH. Only APMA members who did not attend the webinar on March 9 are eligible to receive the 1.0 CECH from the recording.
The presenters examine the proper techniques and procedures for performing a variety of different types of biopsies, including punch biopsies, shave biopsies, biopsies by aspiration, and bone biopsies. The webinar also takes a deep dive into the correct diagnosis codes for these biopsies.
After you have completed viewing the recording, you are required to complete an assessment. APMA members are also welcome to view other webinars through the Online Learning Center (OLC) storefront.
