APMA held its annual DME Stakeholder meeting virtually in conjunction with APMA’s Health Policy and Practice Committee meetings on April 30. APMA has been conducting these stakeholder meetings in some form since 2012.

The stakeholder group representatives discussed continued advocacy related to CMS’ Same or Similar policies, APMA applications for changes to the HCPCS L3000 family of codes, AFO postpayment audits, and legislative efforts.
